Sign-up for a budget billing plan Landlord agreement application

Report a meter readingSt. Lawrence Gas will read your meter every other month throughout the year. In the months when your meter is not read, you will receive a bill based on an estimated reading, determined by a method approved by the New York State Public Service Commission. The date you are due for an estimated reading will be stated on your bill. If you wish, you may read your own meter on that date and call the reading to our billing department or e-mail your reading to us. It is important that you read your meter on the date it is scheduled to be estimated and call or e-mail as soon as possible. Sign-up for budget billing planSt. Lawrence Gas can make it easier to plan your monthly budget and avoid the large fluctuations in your gas bill from summer to winter months. Plus, avoid the big heating bills that come right after the holidays, when gas use is typically at its highest. With our Budget Billing Plan, you pay the same amount each month, with periodic adjustments if necessary. We will project your gas bill, based on historical usage. At the end of the budget year in August, we reconcile your account. Both residential and commercial heating customers are eligible for the Plan. To sign-up, the only requirement is that your account must not be overdue.

Sign-up for serviceWhen you request to have your service transferred or connected, we will process your request within four business days. You need to indicate the date you want to connect service - this should be a week day (Monday through Friday) that is not a holiday. The request for service is subject to approval by St. Lawrence Gas. If there is a conflict or a security deposit is required, you well be contacted at the phone number you provide. Note that if the gas service is currently off at the location, an adult will need to be present.
Disconnect serviceWhen you request to have your service disconnected, we will process your request within four business days. You need to indicate the date you want to disconnect service - this should be a week day (Monday through Friday) that is not a holiday.
