New Installations

For customers requesting service at a location without an Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas natural gas installation

If you wish to request service at a location without an Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas natural gas installation please contact our Sales Team by dialing 1-800-673-3301 and selecting option #5.

Start Service

Turn on service where natural gas is already available

Things to know before you call:

  • When you request to have your service connected you need to indicate the date you want to connect service - this should be a week day (Monday through Friday) that is not a holiday.
  • The request for service is subject to approval by Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas.  A security deposit may be required and you may also be asked to come to the office with photo ID.
  • If the gas service is currently off at the location, an adult will need to be present for the turn on.
  • The Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas technician may need access to the natural gas appliances at the service location including the thermostat if there is a natural gas heating system.
  • For safety reasons we require that the electricity be on at the service location prior to turning on the natural gas service.
  • For safety reasons, at service locations with a natural gas water heater or boiler we require that the water system be functional at the service location prior to turning on the natural gas service.

Stop Service

For customers wishing to discontinue service

Before you fill out this form please note the following:

  • When you request to have your service disconnected, we will process your request within four business days.  You need to indicate the date you want to disconnect service - this should be a week day (Monday through Friday) that is not a holiday.
  • If you plan to stop service at one location and start service at another location do not use this form.  Please use the form below.

Move Service

For customers stopping service at one location and starting service at another

Before you fill out this form please note the following:

  • When you request to have your service transferred, we will process your request within four business days.  You need to indicate the date you want to connect service - this should be a week day (Monday through Friday) that is not a holiday.
  • The request for service is subject to approval by Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas.  If there is a conflict or a security deposit is required, you will be contacted at the phone number you provide.
  • If the gas service is currently off at the location, an adult will need to be present.
  • The Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas technician may need access to the natural gas appliances at the service location including the thermostat if there is a natural gas heating system.
  • For safety reasons we require that the electricity be on at the service location prior to turning on the natural gas service.
