New Missed Appointment Credit Program Coming November 2026
At Liberty, we respect your time and are committed to reliable service. Beginning November 2026, we will be introducing a Missed Appointment Credit Program to further uphold that commitment.
Under this program, if Liberty misses a scheduled service appointment, eligible customers will automatically receive a $25 Missed Appointment Credit applied directly to their account, no action required.
This enhancement reflects our continued focus on accountability, transparency, and improving your overall service experience.
