Monthly payment plans are available to spread the cost of your natural gas more evenly through-out the year, avoiding high and low fluctuations in your monthly bill. This free service is available to all Liberty customers. Knowing your monthly payment in advance can make it easier to manage your energy payments from season to season.
Budget Billing is for customers looking to pay the same amount each month, except for the months where your budget billing plan is reviewed. Your initial budget amount is based on your average monthly bill from the previous twelve (12) months. If your account has been open for less than twelve months, the budget amount will be estimated. Your budget billing plan will automatically be reviewed after seven (7) months. After review, your monthly bill amount may be adjusted to reflect changes in gas costs or your actual usage during those time frames.

NEW! Levelized Budget Billing
Levelized Budget Billing is another option to help keep your monthly payments more predictable. With regular Budget Billing, the annual budget review may result in additional charges due or a credit balance if your actual usage differs from what was budgeted. With Levelized Budget Billing, Liberty calculates your monthly payment based on a rolling 12-month history. Since we recalculate your average each month, no yearly review or balance settle-up is required. However, the budget amount will vary slightly from month to month. Levelized budget billing is a great option for customers who want the consistency of predictable bills without having to worry about paying more during review periods.
