Update for customers who recently received duplicate bills
July 9, 2026 – We recently discovered that some customers may have received duplicate Liberty bills in late June or early July because of a processing error. We understand that receiving unexpected bills can be concerning, and we truly regret any inconvenience this caused.
Please be assured that these duplicate bills do not require any action from you and can be disregarded. They are the same as your original bill. Our team is reviewing what happened and making corrections to help prevent this from occurring again.
